For the ones who say, “I’m fine,” while quietly holding it all together.

Let's connect

I help type A & type B high achievers who have fought like hell most of their lives to be somewhere different than where they came, or once was. People who find it easy to give to everyone they care for, but struggle to save space for themselves. People who struggle to feel comfortable sitting with their emotions but are pretty good at intellectualizing them. People who may not know where they want to go or how to get there, but willing to admit they want to be somewhere else. People who know they are good, but struggle to give themselves the daily credit they deserve. I help people explore their hard truths, find their desired paths and navigate through the emotions and logistics of getting there —-So you can stop surviving and finally live YOUR true, authentic life.

Your journey, your choice.

My daily practice is a blend of various modalities. If there is anything you want a specific emphasis on, all you have to do is let me know.

    CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions and behaviors are all connected. By learning to notice unhelpful thinking patterns and responding to them in new ways, CBT supports practical changes that can reduce anxiety, depression, and stress. Rooted in practicality so you can build tools that are feasible to use in everyday life.

    Psychodynamic

Psychodynamic therapy offers a thoughtful, reflective space to explore how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns continue to shape the present. By gently bringing awareness to these patterns, this work supports deeper self-understanding, emotional insight, and lasting change. Over time, psychodynamic therapy helps you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the meaning behind your experiences.

Therapy is not about fixing what’s broken—it’s about supporting what makes you human
